These Terms of Service describe how Reed Launch Solutions works with clients and what to expect when engaging our services. By working with us, you agree to these terms.
Reed Launch Solutions provides business consulting, setup, and technology services for small businesses and entrepreneurs. This includes business formation guidance, website and online presence setup, event platform building, QuickBooks setup, and automation and AI tools. The specific services provided for each project are agreed upon before work begins.
The information, content, and guidance we provide — including the guides on this website — are general and educational in nature. They are intended to help you understand common topics and make informed decisions, but they may not apply to every situation.
Reed Launch Solutions is not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory firm. Our services do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. For decisions about business structure, taxes, contracts, or financial matters, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney, CPA, or financial professional who can review your specific circumstances.
To work effectively together, clients are expected to:
Project scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, payment terms are outlined at the start of each engagement. Any changes to scope may affect pricing or timeline and will be discussed before moving forward.
Specific payment terms, deposit requirements, and refund policies for your project will be included in your individual service agreement.
Reed Launch Solutions provides services on a best-effort basis using reasonable care and standard industry practices. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including decisions made by third parties, changes in laws or regulations, platform or tool changes, or business results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.
Because our services are customized and time-intensive, fees paid for work already completed are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, any refund will be based on the work performed up to that point, as outlined in your individual service agreement. Deposit requirements and specific refund terms are included in that agreement.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. Reed Launch Solutions retains the right to reuse generic methods, templates, and tools developed in the course of our work. You are responsible for providing content, images, and any required permissions for third-party materials you ask us to use.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
